Hakan adlı çalışan, herhangi bir sorun yaşamayacağımı, ilgili uygulamaları farklı androit mağazalardan indirip sorunsuzca kullanacağımı, gerekirse Huawei müşteri temsilcisinin bile bu konuda yardımcı olabileceğini söyledi.Sonradan telefonla yardımcı oldular. sorun giderildi.
