★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çalışanların oturdukları yerden maaş aldıkları bir şube. Yarım saatten fazladır ilgili bir kişinin yardımını bekledigimiz fakat bilgi alamadıgımız bir şube. Yardım edecek kimse yok mu dedigimizde de sözde yardıma gelen kisi lakayıt şekilde elinde her ne varsa sallaya sallaya gelmesi ayrı bir olay. Çalışanlar icin müşterinin gelip gelmemesi onemli degil maaşları zamanında yatsın yeter.
A branch where employees receive salaries from where they live. A branch where we waited for the help of a relevant person for more than half an hour, but could not get any information. When we ask if there is no one to help, it is a different event that the person who came to the so-called help is ignorant and shakes whatever he has in hand. Benimle ilgilenen arkadaş konudan bi haberdi. Ürün hakkında bilgi vermeyip, bilgi almak için daha fazla soru sorunca sıkılmış olmalı ki iki ürün var zaten diyerek saçma bir çıkışta bulundu. Üstelik müşteriyle konuşmasını bilmeyen ilk defa gördüğü insana ‘sen’ diye hitap eden biriydi. Bu kadar personel çalışıyorken ürünler hakkında nasıl bilgi sahibi olunmaz gerçekten çok enteresan.
I went in to buy a car phone holder. As a matter of fact, I expected it to be done here as well as in many other places. I asked questions. The friend who took care of me was news about the subject. When he did not give information about the product and asked more questions to get information, he must have been bored because there are already two products, and he made a ridiculous exit. Moreover, he was someone who did not know how to talk to the customer, and addressed the person he saw for the first time as 'you'. It's really interesting how you can't be informed about products when so many staff are working.
