There was a problem with getting an extra year's kasko insurance for the tv I wanted to buy. According to the system foreigners did not qualify for it so they need a turkish person to sign for it.I haven't been able to get my Ikamet card yet so I needed a Turk to sign the documents on my behalf.
The guys, and the cashier tried everything they could to solve the issue and eventually they managed to fix the it. So many thanks to them ?
