 TEKNOSA AS A BRAND IS BEAUTIFUL, BUT SOME OF ITS EMPLOYEES BEHAVE VERY REGULLY, THERE ARE SOME TYPES OF PEOPLE WHO TRIED TO PUSH IT TO THE WORLD, WHO DIDN'T KNOW WHAT PRODUCT IS NOT FOR SALE, SOME TYPES OF PEOPLE WERE IN THE OLD KALE CARSIDE, THE SAME HAS NIGHTHOUSE GIRLHOUSE.

Some of the employees are very insincere, I can't speak in general, but even though there were no customers other than me in the store, they did not even ask me if they would like to help, they were dealing with the phones in their hands.

My personal opinion is not very interested, the store employees, a few people really do their job, although their persuasion skills are high, they are not interested enough. Instead of helping the customers, the customer goes and tells the employee the situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teknosayı oldum olası severim. Kayseri forum da çok kısıtlı ve küçük. Bu sebeple bir çok kişi alternatif firma olan Media markt ı tercih ediyor diye tahmin ediyorum. Personeller ilgililer. Teknik problemlerin çözümünde yardımcı oluyorlar.
I've always loved Teknosa. The Kayseri forum is also very limited and small. For this reason, I guess that many people prefer Media markt, which is an alternative company. Staff are involved. They help in solving technical problems.

The reason I give 5 stars is because they help me with warranty and service for the products I buy from here. We can deliver and ship directly to the store. And on our behalf, Teknosa also monitors the status of the product in service.
