 Compared to the past, prices have started to be reasonable in teknosas. Employees are interested and helpful. However, be aware of what you are going to buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8 ay önce aldığımız laptopun şarj aleti bozulması üzerine teknosaya başvurduk . Bizden bilgisayarı ve şarj aletini getirmemizi söylediler . Bunun uüzerine garantiye yollandı. Şarj aletinin arızlaı olduğunu ve garanti kapsamina girmediğini söylediler. Yeni şarj aletini yollamak için iban istemeleri üzerine gereken parayı yolladik ve işlem onaylandı. Fakat üstûnden 3 buçuk ay geçmesine rağmen ne bir geri dönüş ne de para iadesi alabildik. Her gittiğimizdde bizi oyalayıp geri çevirdiler . Artík aradığımızda da telefonlarımız açılmıyor . Mağduruz...!!
We applied to teknosa because the charger of the laptop we bought 8 months ago broke down. They told us to bring the computer and charger. It was sent to warranty. They said the charger was faulty and not under warranty. We sent the necessary money and the transaction was approved after they asked for a new charger to send the new charger. However, even after 3 and a half months, we could not get a return or a refund. Every time we went, they distracted us and turned us away. Our phones are no longer answered when we call. We are victims...!!

If you eat the same prices as the homeland computer, they say, this happens to the buyer who has no competitive environment, I think they can buy it much cheaper from reliable internet sites. There is a big difference between them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Her mağazanın farklı bir havası var. İskenderun Prime Mall Teknosa bana göre uzman kadrosu ile şahsen beğenimi kazanıyor. Şirket uygulamaları tartışılır ama elemanlar gayet özverili.
Each store has a different atmosphere. In my opinion, Iskenderun Prime Mall Teknosa wins my personal admiration with its expert staff. Company practices are debatable, but the staff are self-sacrificing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Açıldığı günden bugüne gelen nokta: Dükkanın 3/2 si yandaki tekstil mağazasına devredilmiş. Çeşit zenginliği yok denecek kadar az. Kampanyalı veya indirimler göremedim. Personel ilgisiz. Satış mağazasından çok Prestuj mağazası gibi.....
Ilaveten: Çeşit beklentim yok, ama bir Elekrtonik Markette Yazılabilir CD DVD DL gibi ürünlerin bulunmaması UTANÇ VERİCİ.........
The point that has come from the day it was opened: 3/2 of the shop has been transferred to the textile store next door. There is little to no variety. I didn't see any promotions or discounts. Staff is indifferent. More like a Prestuge store than a sales store.....
Additionally: I don't expect variety, but it's AMAZING that there aren't any products like Writable CD DVD DL in an Electronic Market.........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eskiye nazaran çok küçüldü daha büyük bir mağaza idi. Fiyatlar ortalama üstünde ama alacağınız ürün biraz pahalı ise pazarlık yapın merkezden indirim talep edin indirim yapıyorlar
It was a much smaller store than before. Prices are above average, but if the product you buy is a bit expensive, bargain and request a discount from the center.
