★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hizmet güzel ancak digi türk den genel olarak memnun değilim son dönemde beni fazlasıyla mağdur ettiler.9 yıldır kullanmış olduğum aboneliğimi iptal ettirmek için müşteri temsilcisine epey laf anlatmak zorunda kaldım ve sizi bir şekilde caydırmak için sürekli rahatsız ediyorlar.Sonunda kurtulduk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Digitürk kutumun arızalanmasından dolayı ki- teknik servise Digitürk ana merkezinin verdiği kutular 5 kez arızalı çıktığından (Usb hatası, bein connect bağlanamama veya kanal donması, kanal karışıklığı gibi sıkıntılardan) arka arkaya Ankara Teknofix elemanlarından HASAN BEY (soyadını bilmiyorum) her aramamda gelip ilgilendi. Bugün kutum 6.kez değiştirildi. Şimdilik çalışıyor, inşallah bir sorun çıkmaz. Efendiliği ve teknik bilgisi ile hizmet veren Hasan Bey'e ve Teknofix teknik servisine teşekkürler....
Because of the malfunction of my Digiturk box, the boxes given to the technical service by Digitürk headquarters were out of order for 5 times (due to problems such as USB error, bein connect failure or channel freezing, channel confusion), HASAN BEY (I don't know his surname), one of the Ankara Teknofix personnel, came and was interested in every call. Today my box has been changed for the 6th time. It works for now, I hope there will be no problem. Thanks to Hasan Bey and Teknofix technical service for serving with his mastery and technical knowledge.
