★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30 dakikalık kurulum için 5 gün bekletiliyor. Müşteri temsilcisinden hiç memnun kalmadık. Soruya soruyla cevap veriliyor. Sizin işiniz çözüm 5 işçi varsa 10 kişi çalıştırın problemi daha erken çözün. Hiç yapıcı değilsiniz.
5 days waiting for 30 minutes of installation. We were not satisfied with the customer representative at all. The question is answered with a question. Your job is the solution If there are 5 workers, employ 10 people to solve the problem earlier. You are not constructive at all.

The customer representative is not helpful at all, we do not speak constructively, the service is not enough, the people on the street would talk more about them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10.08.2021 tarihinde üyelik kaydı yaptırdım. 12.08.2021 öğleden sonraya randevu verdiler ancak gelmediler. 13.08.2021 sabah saatinde arayıp maç olması sebebiyle gün içinde kurulum yapılmasını rica ettim. Öğleden sonra tekrar arayıp gün içerisinde geleceklerini söylediler ancak yine gelinmedi. Taraftar paketi satın almıştım ve tuttuğum takımın maçını izleyemedim. Bu kadar gevşek bir teknik servis hizmeti olamaz. Digiturk daha çok müşteri kaybeder.
I registered for membership on 10.08.2021. They made an appointment for the afternoon of 12.08.2021 but they did not come. I called on 13.08.2021 in the morning and requested that the installation be done during the day due to the match. They called again in the afternoon and said that they would come during the day, but they did not come again. I bought the fan pack and couldn't watch the match of my favorite team. Such a loose technical service can not be. Digiturk loses more customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Müşteri Hizmetleri, talep ettiğim taraftar paketini bilgim olmadan başka bir paket üzerinden 4 aylık hediye olarak tanımlamış, 2 yıl da taahhüt yapılmış. 4.ayda maç izleyemeyeceğimi öğrenince, bu öfkeyle iptal için gittiğim yerden nasıl bi o kadar memnun çıktım anlamadım. Without my knowledge, Customer Services defined the fan package I requested as a 4-month gift over another package, and a 2-year commitment was made. When I learned that I would not be able to watch a match in the 4th month, I did not understand how I was so satisfied with the place I went to cancel with this anger. Thank you for your interest, smiling face and understanding. (Teknofix Denizli solved my problem)
