Eve geldiğimde laptop’ın klavyesinde ki tuşlardan bazıları (silme tuşu, o, ü, enter tuşu, shift tuşu, u, w, r vs.) çalışmıyordu. Hemen ertesi sabah tekrar götürdüm. Dün ki işlemden sonra bazı tuşların çalışmadığını belirttim. İçini açıp baktılar, klavye bağlantılarında bir problem yok dediler. Bir gün önce yapılan tamir işleminden önce böyle bir sıkıntımın olmadığını belirttiğimde “belki de vardı sıkıntı, test edip almadık sonuçta, yalan söyleyip söylemediğinizi bilemeyiz” şeklinde çirkin bir ifade kullandılar. Fan temizliğine verdiğim 45 lira sonucunda yarısı çalışmayan bir klavye ve yalancılıkla suçlamaya maruz kaldım. KESİNLİKLE GİTMEYİN.
I took my laptop for fan cleaning and paste replacement. I got it back after 3-4 hours. When I came home, some of the keys (delete key, o, ü, enter key, shift key, u, w, r etc.) on the keyboard of the laptop were not working. I took it back the next morning. After the operation yesterday I stated that some keys did not work. They opened and looked and said there was no problem with the keyboard connections. When I stated that I did not have such a problem before the repair done the day before, they used an ugly expression, "Maybe there was a problem, we didn't test it, after all, we don't know whether you were lying or not." As a result of the 45 lira I gave to fan cleaning, I was accused of lying and a half-dead keyboard. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO.
