On 15.10.2021, I delivered my Epson L7160 printer with serial number X5QT001339 to Tekno Dünya Authorized Service because it leaked paint. They asked for a fee of 200 TL for the repair. They sent my printer 3 days after paying this fee, on Monday, 18.10.2021. But my printer gave error 000041. When I called the service on this error, they asked if I dropped the product. I didn't drop it, I said. They wanted the printer back. I sent my printer back to the service on Tuesday, 19.10.2021. They called on Thursday 21.10.2021 and said that my printer was repaired. I went with my own vehicle (120 km) and took delivery of my repaired printer from the service. Today (22.10.2021) I tried to plug and use my printer; however, I saw that the defect I sent for repair was not resolved. In other words, my printer has leaked paint again as it was in the first place and my printer is not working in any way at the moment. Tray 1 is out of paper, load paper warning. So I called the service and their response was: "You don't know how to use the printer." The printer, which went to the service three times in total, was at least operational when it first went; but currently it is not working at all. The service is not interested and does not repair the malfunction, and on top of that, it makes fun of me. It is really a shame that a serious and respected brand like Epson gives authorized service to such unprofessional and uncouth people. As someone who has been using Epson for 15 years and is satisfied, such a service experience has alienated me from this brand. I request Epson authorities to fix this problem.
