★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Müşteriye ilgisiz davranıyorlar, parça siparişi verdim sizi arayacağız dediler ama aramadılar 1.5 ayda parçayı alabildim, üstelik parça geleli 2 hafta olmuş, aramadılar. Philips markasına yakışmayan bir servis hizmeti veriyor. Verdiğim yıldızlar ise tamir ekibine.
They are indifferent to the customer, I ordered a part and they said they will call you, but they did not call. I was able to get the part in 1.5 months, moreover, it has been 2 weeks since the part came, they did not call. It provides a service that does not suit the Philips brand. The stars I give are to the repair team.
