★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ümraniye İkbal mağazasından, Korkmaz marka elektrikli çay makinesi aldım üstü ısınmayınca ertesi gün orjinal ambalajı ve faturası ile geri götürdüğümde lafımın bitmesine bile izin vermeden son derece kaba bir şekilde "SEN al bunu servise götür" cevabını aldım. Şirket merkezini aradım kimse yok aman uzak durun derim... Hatalı ürüne 350 TL verdiğimemi yanayım terbiyesiz bir mağaza sorumlusu ile muhattap olmak zorunda kalmamamı yanayım bilemedim..
When I bought a Korkmaz brand electric tea machine from Ümraniye İkbal store, when I did not get warm, I received the answer "I take this to service," very rudely without letting my word go away when I take it back with the original packaging and invoice the next day. The samovar tea shop that we bought without doing price research is sold out for half the price, I definitely do not recommend it, I officially feel scammed, I will never recommend it to myself and my environment again, you will really regret it!!
