Sorunu kısa süre çözdü. Bir de telefon kılıfı ve ekran koruyucu hediye etti. Ercan Bey'i müşteri memnuniyetini prensip edinmiş, hoş sohbet, şeffaf bir arkadaş olarak gördüm. Başarılar dilerim.
 I did research on the internet for the screen replacement of my iphone 5S phone. I read positive comments about Mr. Ercan. When I went, he took out the original screen from the other phone and put it next to me. It fixed the problem for a short time. He also gave a phone case and screen protector as a gift. I saw Mr. Ercan as a friendly, transparent friend who took customer satisfaction as a principle. Good luck.

Üstelik bir de telefon kılıfı hediye etti. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim, bundan sonra bir ihtiyaç olduğunda doğrudan gideceğim tek yer.
An honest and meticulous business owner, respectful to the customer. It refreshed my iPhone's screen in 15 minutes and took care of missing screws and other problems at no additional charge. He also gave a phone case as a gift. I would definitely recommend it, it's the only place I'll go straight to when there's a need from now on.

Prices (unlike other cell phone stores I’ve been to) are great; Ercan Bey and his wife are helpful, kind and trustworthy. Definitely recommend them...if not for the service, at least for their pet rabbit Caramel.
