I bought a Turkish mokka coffee machine last week, brought it to Germany as a gift and it was broken!!!!!
I sent some videos of the broken tool!!!! The lady was very interested... but in the end there was no solution... left with a broken tool and what I paid!!!!!!!!
I expected Tefal to at least send a new one!!!!!!!!
