Üç gündür gelip takamadılar. Bilgi de vermiyorlar neden gelmediklerinden. Geleceğiz deyip de neden gelmediklerini düşündükçe dalga geçtiklerine kani oldum. Sakın yanaşmayın, aklınızdan bile geçirmeyin. Mahalle arası tamircileri daha ilş ahlakı sahibi. They fixed the TV. The 3rd day gave the same error. I sent it again. The day I sent it, I sent my son to the army. I'm worried if his arrival will suffice for his decree. They couldn't come and wear it for three days. They also do not give information about why they did not come. When we said we would come and thought why they didn't come, I was convinced that they were kidding. Don't get close, don't even think about it. Neighborhood repairmen have more business ethics.

Randevu verdiler gelmediler, sorumlu benmişim gibi tekrar arayıp randevu talep etmek zorunda kaldım, 4 gün sonra aradılar. Bir servisi arayıp işimi çözdüm. Ama asla kimseye #vestel tavsiye etmem... I will never do business with Vestel and its services anymore. They made an appointment, they did not come, I had to call again and request an appointment as if I was responsible, they called 4 days later. I called a service and solved my problem. But I would never recommend #vestel to anyone...

Hala dönüş yapmadılar. Tekrar alış veriş yapmayı düşünmüyorum. Yapacaklara da tavsiye etmiyorum.
