Your security staff questioned the fire and HES code due to the pandemic. No problem. Your individual customer representative took care of the customer who entered before me. I was going to meet after that, I was going to open an account. Then, a female friend of your Retail Customer Representative and another lady entered the room. They greeted. They began to wait on the side. When he was done with the customer, I was going to pass when your Personal Representative went to his friend, pulled another chair to his table and took his friend to his table. I thought it was a visit, I said it would be okay, but he took the ID of the woman who came with his friend and started the process... Frankly, it was a very simple, very vulgar and very, very stupid image. I said what am I doing in this bank and left without saying anything… I don't think I will ever go through the door of TEB bank again.
