★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben 10.agir ceza yargitay birinci baskani ismail rusdu cirit baskanima sikayetimi magduriyetimi haksuzlikla 27 sene genc ogluma verilen ceza kinda gorusmek isdyrbenm oglum eroni bagimlisi ve kendi arabasi bozuk diye esi ve kopegiyle benm yanima gelmek icin bir asgerde onu uyusdurucuya alisdiran abi gibi sevdigi adamin arabasina binerek isdanbuldan akcaya gelirken aranan suclu oldugunu bilmedigi arkadasi canakalede ihbar uzerine yakalandi.benm oglum gelinmde onla beraber olduklari icin emniyete goturulduler .ve su an ogluma ve gelinimede asil sucluyla bir ceza verildi.o an uyusdurucun etkisinde olan yavrularim emniyette ve karar mahkemelerinde iki senedir hapi yatiriliyr.benm devletim adalet hic bir delil kamera kayitlari olmamasina ragman onlari suclu bulup gencliklerine acimadan piskolojilerini dusunmeden diri dirimezara konuldu.ve 27 sene ceza verildi.ben isyan ediyorm hasdayim yavrum icin yaniyr yuregim.almanyadan gelmeyim temelli ulkem diye .ama almanyada bu ceza vermek yerine bagimli olan gencleri topluma kazandirmak icin tedavi bile eder is imkani saglar bakarlarken benm ulkemde insafiyet olmadi.bu cocuklar adi suc islememeaine ragmen.yargitaya yalvariyrm benimde onlarla olumumu sebep olmasinlar adalet isdiyrm yalvariyrm
