★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Genel itibari ile Köse iyi bir markadır ve ürünleri gerçekten lezzetlidir. Ancak Ceyhan/ADANA şubesi biraz sönük kalıyor. Personeller ilgisiz ve sıkıldıkları her halinden belli olan genç arkadaşlardan oluşuyor.
 In general, Köse is a good brand and its products are really delicious. However, the Ceyhan/ADANA branch is a bit uninspiring. The staff consists of young friends who are uninterested and bored.

The food service was terrible, we said pasta, 3 people. One person had mushrooms on their plate, chickens on the other plate, and only pasta on the other plate. I've never had another bad meal. When I told the employees, they didn't even sound. The last place to eat in Ceyhan

Güler yüzlü, sabırlı çalışanı bayan arkadaşa buradan özellikle teşekkür etmek istiyorum. 5 yıldızı çalışana verirken kesme şeker getirse razı olacaktım nerdeyse, bayram yoğunluğu nedeniyle tatlı menüsü azalmış olabilir ama sipariş etmek zor olmasa gerek yani yıl olmuş temmuz 2021
I was about to say, pour the sweet syrup on the bread and bring it. I would like to especially thank the smiling, patient employee female friend here. While giving 5 stars to the employee, I would have agreed if he had brought sugar cubes, the dessert menu may have decreased due to the intensity of the holiday, but it should not be difficult to order, so it's July 2021.
