 I've had the worst, most infamous holiday I've ever had in my life. I've never been so aggrieved. I never recommend this holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tatil budur kadar rezalet bişey daha yoktur sanırım..rezervasyon iptali yapmamın üstünden 3 hafta geçti hala iadem yapılmadı bi allahın kulu aramadı ve ben 50 kere aradım beni yönlendirecekleri bi muhatap bile yok kepazelik diz boyu bidaha adını bile duymak istemiyorum. Tek yıldız bile değil ????
I think there is nothing more disgraceful than this holiday.. It has been 3 weeks since I canceled my reservation. I still haven't received my refund. The servant of God did not call and I called 50 times and there is no one to direct me to. Not even a single star ????

Maalsef Obama I made a reservation and they gave the handicapped room, but I ordered a normal room and said that there is no normal room in the hotel and we stayed in a disabled room.
