Öncelikle tur operatörü Arif Bey sadece satış aşamasında değil, gezdiğimiz süre boyunca da mesajlarıyla ilgilendi bizimle. Otobüsümüz, kaptanımız, rehberimiz, otelimiz, her şey çok güzeldi. Sorularımız, sorunlarımız hemen yanıt buldu. Rehberimiz Hamdi Yılmaz, hem profesyonelliği, hem samimiyeti hem de koordinasyon becerisi ile beğenimizi kazandı. Tatil Kalbi’ne de Arif Bey’e de Hamdi Bey’e de teşekkür ediyoruz. Turla ilgili tek sıkıntı (o da firma ile işgili değil) Kartepe’deki tekelleşme, fahiş fiyatlar, düşük kalite hizmetti diyebilirim. Bunlara rağmen keyifli zaman geçirdik. 29-30 February 2022 in Maşukiye date, Sapanca, we participated in Kartepe tour.
