★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food at this family restaurant here in Selcuk. Right on the main pedestrian area, a nice relaxed eating experience. Family own and family cooking and all at a reasonable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once a time we have used to eat dinner there in June 2017. The prices were a bit high but we hoped to eat great food for it. Unfortunately, neither soups nor kebaps were as expected: They were not tasty, meat was not delicious, oil was bad, maybe they were bad on health basis. They were smelling bad also. We have returned back some of them, and the male waiter accused us for not liking anything, with an impolite behavior. After that day, we have complainted to city police about this restaurant.
I think that this enterprise is a very bad example for Turkish cuisine. There are already many good restaurants in Selçuk for tasting excellent Turkish foods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tat is a small family run restaurant and it makes Selcuk one of my favorite stops. Resul and his family are very friendly, chatty and open-minded. They make their customers feel at home. Daily they make local olive oil dishes, fresh mezes and great grills. Especially Sac Kavurma ( Beef/Lamb/Chicken fried on an iron plate ) is my favorite. If you are in Selçuk, don't miss your chance to eat at Tat and to meet people who make it more than a restaurant...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely one of my fave place to eat in Selcuk! This restaurant is located near the city's aquaduct and accessible by foot. You will find it immediately, especially with the warm welcome from the host.
Just like any other restaurant in the area, Tat (which loosely translated to Taste in English) offers a variety of Turkish dishes, such as meze, doner, shish, and seafood. One of their best is the Sac Kavurma or stir fried meat with onion & paprika, served with rice. Oooh by the way, their rice is of the charts!!! Wash it all off with freshly pressed pomegranate juice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place for foreigners, expensive and small fish. Lots of cats. It has a long history, but I was quite disappointed.the sea bream I got was very tiny, much worse taste than I had in other places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The char grill flavour of the jumbo prawns and batter of the calamari was incredible. Not had these anywhere better in Turkey yet. Great veg options. Best lentil soup so far also. The owner put together a veg platter of courgette flitters, leafy greens, mushrooms and two way beetroot for us. We came back twice for it. You'll feel right at home with the lovely owner and dog Lazy. Highly recommended.
