★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefona bile bakmıyorlar. Personel telefonu yüzüme kapattı. 67 yaşındaki yakınım için aradığımda ofisimize gelmesi lazım diyor (!). Durumu dinlemeden geçiştirip telefonu kapatma peşindeler. Böyle saçma bir çalışma şekli olamaz. Çalışma sistemi yok. 0 yıldız.
 They don't even look at the phone. The staff hung up the phone in my face. When I call for my 67-year-old relative, he says he needs to come to our office (!). They are trying to pass the situation without listening and hang up the phone. It can't be such an absurd way of working. There is no working system. 0 stars.
