Hotel is a beauty but while you're checking in, it's obligation to pay deposit just incase you use minibar or other stuff. If you don't have enough cash or limit you can't stay at the hotel. Nonsense.

Only hotel that will try to charge you for things after you have paid a premium for the rooms. Stayed in the presidential suite, here is my experience: Checked in, paid for the suite. Now staff ask you for cash or a local credit card for a security deposit. So yeah you better have 10,000 lira in cash at hand. After asking for the manager and getting upset, lo and behold - they could totally take a deposit with my card. Oh and make sure to being a Turkish speaking friend, no one at the front desk speaks english. This was more an annoyance than a complaint. The suite is well appointed, but everything you touch needs to be bought. Have fun paying for your amenity kits after spending more than €600 a night on a hotel room. Oh you want a shaving kit? Right here, you can pay for it. Whats that? A comb? See above. Water pressure is non existent. If you want to use the tub, don't use the shower first - it doesn't drain. The bed leaves you wanting for more and a sore back in the morning. The people restaurant has excellent food and staff. Not top expensive either. So 2/5. One for the decently appointed room. One for the restaurant. P.s looking for the thermal spring spa? Keep walking around till you find the entrance to the spa and then go looking for which floor its on. Suites are not worth the money. Go spend it on some ceramics to take home with you.

The room was not perfectly cleaned,carpet was a bit dusty.if you are allergic for dust take care. Breakfast was just perfect,open buffet ,delicious and fresh and tasty. We rent 3hour special Turkish Bath and massage,very clean and lovely service at Spa.Workers are very helpfull.They send us fruits and drinks while we are in. Dinner we had at restaurant price-performance perfect,we dont need to go out for any meal. Location is just 10min walk away from Odunpazari historical area where most of the museums are. ThereI is kidsclub that you can leave your child to play there.

This place went from 5* to 1* and then back to 4* for me. At first you get struck by how pretty and at the same time affordable it is, and how good the reception is. Then you might get shocked that they charge for toothbrush, slippers and every essentials that you need, in name of "saving the earth". The breakfast is alright. The view is amazing!

We only had to stay at the hotel for 2 nights to have the wedding ceremony. But the city and the hotel were so amazing that we extended our stay to 5 nights. The friendly front desk staff is always on hand to help. The exterior of the hotel matches the photographs on the Internet and is delightful when seen live. The rooms are very spacious (we have a Premium room). The breakfast restaurant is very nicely decorated. There is a huge selection of food. And the staff is very polite and sets a good mood for the whole day. In preparation for the wedding, the hotel also helped us a lot, and we also received a sweet compliment from the hotel. Thank you so much for this! The hotel spa is amazing. We took an individual three-hour procedure for two and were delighted. We often use spa services in hotels, and now this spa is definitely in the first place for me. I can't wait for my next visit here. Unfortunately, I have to update the review and remove the asterisks. A terribly unpleasant situation has happened. At the reception desk, I extended the room reservation for one more night, paid with the card immediately, they changed my key card. However, the day before the check-out, when my husband and I were walking in a great mood from a date, we were stopped at the reception desk with a requirement to go through a check-out. It took almost half an hour to prove to the staff that everything was paid and leave to us tomorrow. I had to show an online bank statement with the purpose of the payment, name the employee who accepted the payment (fortunately, I always write such information in notes). I was terribly nervous, the impression of the trip was completely ruined. And when it turned out that we were right and we still paid for the room until tomorrow, they did not even apologize to us. We no longer plan to return to this hotel after this situation, although we will definitely return to the city more than once.

Rooms are 5 star, the presidential suite contained a jacuzzi, steam room, massage room, lounge and kitchen etc all private. Unfortunately one downside which is why I've given 4 stars and not 5 is because of the food. We did not like any food at this hotel which is ashame. The thermal indoor pool is beautiful too.

It is actually a 7 stars hotel. It is amazing. The interior design of the lobby, halls, corridors, rooms and restaurants are remarkable and beautiful. The service is very nice. The breakfast is wonderful as well. They have a gym, a spa and other amenities. We tried the spa, it was great, super friendly staff. We also ate at the people restaurant and the service and the food are great. It is highly recommended for all ages, families friends, couples and all.
