Düşünme sürecinde Uğur Bey ile iletişime geçtik sağ olsun evimize geldi ve nazikçe düşüncelerimizi dinledi. Düşündüğümüz bazı şeylerin yanlış olduğunu kendisinin fikirlerini dinleyince anladık. Verdiği fikirler çok hoşumuza gitti. Fiyat konusunda da bizi üzmeyince hemen anlaşma sağlandı ve tadilata başladık. Mutfak dolabı, portmanto, gardırop, çocuk çalışma masası, TV ünitesi, kombi dolabı, banyolara dolaplar, yeni kapılar, sürgülü kapı, laminat parkeler, fayanslar vs. gibi yenilendi. Yaptığı işin arkasında duran bir anlayıştalar. Yaklaşık bir yıl önce tadilat yapılmasına rağmen bir sorun olduğunda hâlâ kendisiyle iletişime geçip problemin çözümünü isteyebiliyoruz. Ekibine ve kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz. We met with the Design Kitchen family in June 2020. We have had our house fully renovated. During the thinking process, we contacted Mr. Uğur, thanks to him, he came to our house and kindly listened to our thoughts. We realized that some of the things we thought were wrong when we listened to his ideas. We really liked the ideas he gave. When we did not upset us about the price, an agreement was reached immediately and we started the renovation. Kitchen cabinet, coat rack, wardrobe, children's desk, TV unit, combi cabinet, cabinets for bathrooms, new doors, sliding doors, laminate flooring, tiles, etc. as renewed. They have an understanding that stands behind their work. Even though it was renovated about a year ago, when there is a problem, we can still contact him and ask for the solution to the problem. Şimdi ise 2021 eylül ayında geçeceğimiz evimize hem mutfak dolapları ve ekibinde çalışan ustalarla tadilat işlemleri için anlaşıp sözleşmemizi yaptık. Inşallah eylül ekim ayları arasında tadilatimiz son bulacak. Ozaman da evin eski hali ve yeni hali arasındaki farkları paylasacagim ve umuyorum ki 2019 yılında memnun kaldığımız gibi bu sefer de kendisinden ve ekibinden memnun kalacağımız konusunda hiç şüphem yok. Ayrıca şunu da belirtmek isterim Uğur Bey kardeşim kendisi laminantlar ve fayanslar konusunda da hem seçim konusunda hem de fiyat konusunda baya yardımcı oldu. Bizi hiç üzmedi. Bu nedenle her yeri arastirirsiniz ancak hem fiyat konusunda uygunluk bakımından hem de görsellik bakimindan Uğur Bey kardeşim gibi kolay kolay bulamazsiniz diye düşünüyorum. I met my brother, Uğur Bey, owner of Design Kitchen, to have the kitchen of the house we live in in 2019 and he made our kitchen cabinet in November 2019. Now, we have made an agreement for the kitchen cabinets and renovation processes with the masters working in our team, which we will move to in September 2021, and we have made our contract. Hopefully, our renovation will come to an end between September and October. After talking to a few companies for the maintenance and renovation of the house we just bought. Then we agreed with Mr. Uğur.
