The hotel has an incredibly cold bathroom and sink at all but not hygienic at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oteli rezerve ettirmeden önce ETS tur acente danışmanıyla yaptığım telefon görüşmesinde otelle ilgili olumsuz yorumların olduğu ısınmadığı gibi yorumları ilettim ve yetkili, otelle görüşüp tarafıma geri dönüş yaptı. İlk gün soğuk hissedilir derecedeydi. Doğalgaz yanıyor ancak oda zor ısınıyor. Nedeni ise yalıtım yok. Otelin pencereleri tahtadan tek cam. Camdan buz gibi soğuk hava geliyor. Ne kadar doğalgaz yakarsan yak istenilen sıcaklık oluşmuyor. Bazen iyi sıcak oluyor bazen ise çok soğuk oluyor. Zaten dışarısı -10,-15 derece. Acilen otelde yalıtım sorunun giderilmesi gerek yoksa bu otele gelen bir daha gelmez. Otel sahibi genel olarak ilgili,otel şehir merkezi konumda. Sıcak su sıkıntısı yok. Bizim gibi bekar insanlar ya da tek gelenler fiyatı ucuz diye konaklayabilir ama ailelere hiç tavsiye etmiyorum.
In the phone call I made with the ETS tour agent advisor before I booked the hotel, I did not get any negative comments about the hotel as I did not get warmed, and the official contacted the hotel and returned to me. The first day was cold. Natural gas burns, but the room heats up hard. The reason is no insulation. The windows of the hotel are single glass made of wood. Ice cold air comes from the glass. The more you burn natural gas, the desired temperature does not occur. Sometimes it gets hot and sometimes it gets very cold. It's already -10, -15 degrees outside. If the insulation problem needs to be resolved urgently at the hotel, this hotel will never come again. The hotel owner is generally concerned, the hotel is in the city center location. No hot water shortage. Single people or single people like us can stay for a low price, but I do not recommend it to families.
