Tarsusa özgü kaynar isimli içeceği Serpil Hanım paket olarak ta satıyor , tarifini de bilgisayar çıktısı olarak beraber veriyor :) Just at the entrance of Kırkkaşık Bedesten, Serpil Hanım is a very sweet person, the taste of boiling water is amazing. I will stop by every time I come to Tarsus. Serpil Hanım sells the Tarsus-specific boiled drink as a package, and gives its recipe as a computer printout :)

Biraz dinlenmek için oturduk ve işletme sahibi bizi çok sıcak karşıladı. Biz işletme sahibinin tavsiyesine uyarak kleopatra iksiri isimli içinde farklı karışımların olduğu bir çeşit kahve denedik ve çok beğendik. Gidenler mutlaka denesin. Birde kaynar isimli bir içeçegi var ama biz denemedik onunda güzel olduğunu söyledi kaynarıda başka sefere deneriz artık. Burdan işletme sahibine ilgisinden dolayı çokteşekkür ederim.
