There is a problem with the air conditioner I just bought. It does not cool. Tarsus Demir Döküm authorized service came and looked at it. I objected. They came again and said they will measure. The air conditioner worked for hours, they just checked, they did not measure etc. They said there was no problem and they left. Service opinions are deplorable. We are leaving the door open etc. etc etc. do not have to give advice to their superiors.
