Aldığımız ve ayrı ayrı ödeme yapacağımız ortada iken hadsiz ve saygısız bayan kasiyer tarafından algımız patateslere kota var diye bize nahoş bir uslup ile kendince uyarıda bulundu. İki kişiyiz ödememiz ayrı ve sadece patates almamış iken bize yapılan üç beş kilo patates muamemesi hoş değildi. Bunu belirtmemize rağmen çok bilmiş bayan kasiyer inşallah öyledir diye birde bizi yalancılıkla suçlamış oldu. Önce kasiyerlerinize müşterilere nasıl davranılması gerektiğini ve üslup konusunda eğitim vermelisiniz
Two people went to do shopping, we used one car at the market. While it was obvious that we had received and paid separately, the unreasonable and disrespectful lady cashier warned us in her own way, in an unpleasant manner, that there was a quota for potatoes. The treatment of three or five kilos of potatoes for two of us was not pleasant, while we did not receive a separate payment and only potatoes. Although we stated this, the very knowledgeable cashier accused us of lying, I hope so. First, you should train your cashiers on how to treat customers and style.
