While Eskişehir Odunpazarı invites you to the past with its historical texture, it is possible to find local flavors in this texture. Köfteci Ahmet is a family business that has been serving for years. There is a balcony on the upper floor in the small and partitioned space. Plain meatballs are served on a loaf of bread in the place, which does not have an extensive menu like traditional meatball shops. If you want meatballs with yogurt sauce, it is served on pita bread. Meatballs with yoghurt sauce with plenty of yoghurt sauce and less butter are preferred more. The place is three stars for now, with its nice salad and medium flavor sauce.

Eskişehir’in sanırım Balkan Köftecileri meşhur. Yoğurtlu Balkan Köftesini yedim burada. Yanına acı biber ve soğan-marul-domates salatası ikram ediyorlar. Yoğurtlusu bildiğimiz iskender dönerin köfteli versiyonu. Şuan fiyatı 24 TL. Sadesinin porsiyonu 20 TL.
I think Eskişehir is famous for its Balkan Meatballs. I ate Balkan Meatballs with Yoghurt here. They serve hot pepper and onion-lettuce-tomato salad on the side. It's the meatball version of the Iskender Döner, which we know with yoghurt. The current price is 24 TL. Portion of plain is 20 TL. It is as if the meatballs were prepared beforehand, thrown in the fridge and thrown in the moment to be cooked. No instant or everyday meatball feel, very neatly cut. It tastes like İnegöl meatballs. It is also small in weight and size. However it is delicious. I enjoyed eating it. It is located right across the Atlıhan Handicrafts Inn.

The food was delicious, staff was courteous too, and the food didn't take long. However, the place seems a tad congested.

I prefer this spot to other restaurants in the area. The meat was tender and flavourful. The prices are just right. The menu isn't comprehensive so not many options.
