★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 Kasım 2018 da 3 arkadaş öğle yemeği için gittik, ödeme aşamasında arkadaşımın yemek yemek kartından parayı çekti, sıra bana geldiğinde kartımı aldı ama çekmedi, pos cihazını da alıp içeri girdi yaklaşık 5 dk sonra getirdi ama slip vermedi. Akşam aklıma takıldı ve multinet play uygulamasını yükledim, sonuç, endişelenmekte haklıymışım, ödemeyi iki kere çekmişler. Yanlışlık mı yoksa art niyet mi diye sorarsanız, art niyet olduğunu düşünüyorum, yarın gidip paramı iade isteyeceğim.

Bunu fark edip görüştüğümde bana yanlışlık olmuş iptal ettik dediler. Eğer iptal görünmezse de arayın paranızı iade edelim dediler. Tam 5 gündür arıyorum ancak muhattap yok. Her telefona çıkan sizi aratacağız paranız bizde kalmaz diyor ama ne muhattap var, ne de ücret iadesi yapan var.
