 I loved the lamb palace kebab wrapped in puff pastry and the Uzbek pilaf on the side, I will definitely take a break from now on, thank you to the chef who made these delicious dishes ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Öğle yemeği için mola verdiğimiz bu restaurantta 1 porsiyon kuru fasulye ,1 porsiyon pilav ve 2 çay 82 lira tuttu. Müessese bize telefon edip hesabımızda açık çıktığını söyledi ve yapılan hesaplardan sonra bizim borçlu değil alacaklı olduğumuz ortaya çıktı. Daha sonrasında müesseseye telefon ettim ve yediğim yemeğin toplamının 49 lira olduğunu söylediler.
Umarım bu yazdıklarım buranın nasıl bir işletme olduğunu anlatmaya yetmiştir.
In this restaurant, where we took a break for lunch, 1 portion of dry beans, 1 portion of rice and 2 teas cost 82 liras. The establishment phoned us and said that our account was open, and after the calculations, it turned out that we were not a debtor but a creditor. Later, I phoned the establishment and they said that the total amount of food I ate was 49 liras.
I hope this is enough to explain what kind of business this place is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mide rahatsizligimdan dolayı hangi yemekte kaliteli veya kalitesiz yağ kullanılmış direk anliyorum. Burda yediğim yemeklerden sonra 2 tane talcid atmak zorunda kaldım yemeklerin yağı berbat...ayrica fasulyeler taş gibi sertti... cidden aldığı parayı haketmiyorlar.
Because of my stomach discomfort, which food is used in high quality or poor quality oil I understand. I had to throw two talcids after the food I ate here, the food was awful ... and the beans were hard as a stone ... they really didn't deserve the money.

Don't think we'll be fooled by the flavor of the name, three places to eat 15tl places are more delicious food. Too expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bolu’ya yakın bir noktada high way outlet içinde temiz güzel bir restaurant. Ancak önceden fiyatlara bakmadığıma pişman oldum . Bir kase yoğurt 10 TL kuru fasülye 25 TL yüksek bir fiyat. Sordum neden diye? Kiralar çok yüksek dedi garson.Fiyatlara ve diğer alternatiflere bakın derim.
Clean nice restaurant in a high way outlet at a point close to Bolu. However, I regret not looking at the prices in advance. A bowl of yoghurt 10 TL dry beans 25 TL high price. I asked why. The waiter said the rents are too high. I would look at the prices and other alternatives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aile olarak 7 kişi kahvaltıya gittik bugün.Girişte karşılama yok kendimiz seslenerek çalışanlara söyledik oturduk.Serpme kahvaltı olarak kişi başı 50₺ ücretle isimlerine hiç yakışmayan bir kahvaltı hazırladılar.Bütün cafelerde olan klasik kahvaltı tabağındaki yiyecekleri sadece ortaya servis yapıyorlar ki bizim söylememizle salam ilave ettiler.Sıcak yiyecek olarak ortaya 2 tavada 2 adet göz yumurta eklediler ve başka sıcak hiçbir yiyecek yoktu.Hesap öderken restaurant müdürüyle görüşmek istedim,kendisine durumu söylediğimde doğru dürüst dinlemedi ben ısrarla “müşteri memnuniyetinin önemi yokmu?” Diyince kendince “not alıyım da patrona söylerim” dedi.Bütün çalışanlar ilgisiz ve son derece mutsuz çalışıyorlar.Kesinlikle ne fiyatı ne de isimlerini haketmiyorlar.
As a family, 7 of us went to breakfast today. There is no welcome at the entrance, we called ourselves and said to the employees. As hot food, they added 2 eggs in 2 pans and there was no other hot food. I wanted to talk to the restaurant manager while paying the bill. When I told him the situation, he didn't listen properly, I insisted, "Isn't customer satisfaction important?" When he said it, he said to himself, “I will take notes and tell the boss”. All the employees work uninterested and extremely unhappy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yemeğiyle ünlü Bolu’da Mengen Türk mutfağında serpme kahvaltı olmaması, yöresel ürün istememize rağmen olmaması bana ilginç geldi. Artık tabak kahvaltı mı kaldı ? Bu arada bu şubeniz avm içerisinde.
Garsonlar çok iyi ve çözüm odaklı fiyatlar çok iyi. Mekan temiz ve sakin, siparişler hızlı geliyor.
It was interesting to me that there is no mixed breakfast in Mengen Turkish cuisine in Bolu, which is famous for its food, even though we wanted local products. Is there a plate of breakfast left? By the way, this branch of yours is in the mall.
Waiters are very good and solution oriented prices are very good. The place is clean and quiet, orders come quickly.
