★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paça çorbasına eksik var, salça oranı yüksek olmalı. Salça yemeği güzelleştirir ve rengini de açık sarıldıktan çıkarır. Adana usulü paçadan uzak. Beyin paça hizmeti vermiyor. Ama Yozgatta ilerleyen saatlerde bile açık dükkan olması bile umut verici. O yüzden emeklerine saygı duyuyorum.
There is a lack of trotter soup, the ratio of tomato paste must be high. Tomato paste beautifies the dish and removes its color from the open wrapping. Far from Adana-style trotters. Brain does not provide trotting service. But the fact that there are shops open even in the following hours in Yozgat is promising. That's why I respect their work.

I drank soup all over Turkey, the head trotter went into the top 3 kellepaca I've had. I travel a lot due to the name, I always stop by when I come to these areas, the prices are normal
