This place is a disgrace. The pools are dirty, crowded. The big pool is always closed. No one cleans the other pools. The stray dogs are pissing in the corridors for more than 1 day. No one cleans it. The restaurant is a disgrace. It's freezing in winter. The food is put on a plate. As it is put, it becomes ice cold. There are many things to count.

Thermal water is very good for healing. As for the facility, since it is a timeshare system, it is not much different from the condominiums you know, but since the facility is new, everything is new and clean. Generally, it is a quiet and calm facility as its guests are middle and older ? so it can be a very boring place for young people. The staff is friendly and helpful in every way. My family elders stayed and they were very satisfied with everything. As a result, we did not encounter any negative situation.

It was built with very good thought, but as a result of a complete operational disaster, it has turned into an extremely primitive place. The materials used in the houses were of very good quality, and the cleanliness of the houses was also very good. However, the common areas and streets were in a very bad condition. The streets are muddy, there are excessive dogs and they bark constantly, the thermal pool is visibly dirty. We came back with a family infection. We can't leave the hospital for 3 days. A place we will never go to again. They squandered a beautifully designed facility in a wonderful location.

Rainwater is flowing in from the vents. There are many dogs in the garden. We turned on the thermal water in the room, it was still cold for 15 minutes. I filed a complaint on the way out. The water is amazing. The thermal water in the rooms is wonderful, the room temperature is very nice. The pools are clean and odorless. Building walls leak and look bad in some interior areas. but overall good restaurant tasty reasonable price. All of the staff are friendly and more suitable for 65 years and older. A pet friendly business takes care of loads of dogs. Looking at the comments here, I told my wife not to go.. My wife insisted that we went. We made field trips on the weekend because the pools were very crowded and some guests brought children to the hot spring water, which is impossible to understand.
