★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ardahan Merkez Yenimahalle Hoçuvan yolu mevkii 233 ada 93 parselde kayıtlı 9,333,57 m2 tarlamız Belediyce imar kapsamına alınmıştır.Belirtilen parsel üzerinde parselesyon yaptırmak istediğimizde ilgili yerde kadastro çalışmaları sonuçlanmadığından herhangi bir işlem yapılamaz dendi uzun süreden beri kadastro çalışmaları sonuç vermediğinden mağdur duruma düştük. Söz konusu yerde defalarca ölçü yapıldığı 12,000 m2 arazimiz 9,333,57 m2 ye düştüğü halde itiraz ettiğimizdede müsbet bir sonuç alamadık.Uzun bir süreden beri mağduruz.Mağduriyetimizin kısa bir sürede sonuçlanmasını saygılarımla arz ederim.
