We were going to visit Salda Lake and then continue on the road and stay in Afyon, we were 2 families of 10. We could not find a place in Afyon. We came across here from the internet. We called and talked to Yağmur Hanım, who is interested in the hostel. We went and looked, I liked it very much. I almost felt myself in one of the places that Fakir Baykurt tells in Yaşar Kemal's novels. The pension is a family business owner, Uncle Adem and Aunt Ayfer are the last beautiful people of Anatolia. May Allah give them long life. We had a very nice chat. It's like we've known each other for years. Our blood boiled. I wouldn't be so happy if I stayed in a 5 star hotel. We prepared our own breakfast in the morning. Uncle Adam gave us our tomatoes and eggs. He didn't even ask for a fee. As I said, there is no hospitable Anatolian people, no commercial concerns. I hope the energy I get from the breakfast I have in the morning against the lake view will be enough for me all year. Pension apart, cupboard, stove, plate, bowl, bathroom, toilet, what do you look for? Rooster sound, bird sound, lamb sound in the morning, fresh air. If you are looking for luxury, you may not be satisfied. But if you are looking for peace, goodness, beauty, friendship, you will find it. Thanks beautiful people.
