I am very complaining about the noise of the factory, nobody is doing anything, I am really tired for years, they have been working with loud noise day and night for a week I woke up with headache I said what can I do I asked me to write a comment because no notification complaint gives no result

They have a very ridiculous system of hiring workers, they are unfairly dismissing workers. In order not to give compensation, the worker does not work in one place, they send them from there, I say that I am used to their teammates, they send them to another place. If you say that such a system does not suit me, I say do not get involved.
