★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firmadan 15 ay önce aldıgımız arıtma cihazının bataryası bozuldu damaltıyor firmayı aradıgımda musluk bataryasının garantiye girmediğini sert bir tabırle söylediler. (Telefon görüşmesi ayrı bir muamma isim vermiyorum)Bende kendilerine Tüketici kanuna göre 2 yıl garantisi oldugunu ama çok önemli olmadıgını bu tavırlarının firmalarının kalitesini gösterdiğini belirttiğimde bağırarak telefonu yüzüme kapattılar. Herhangi bir hakaret suçlama vs de bulunmadım söylediğim cümle bundan ibaretti .
İlgili yasa ise ;
5/11/2020 Tarihli 6502 Sayılı 4.4.5 maddesi ile artıma cihazlarının ve sıhhi tesisat bataryalarının 2 yıl garantili olduğu yasada belirtilmekte. Ya haberleri yok ya da işlerine gelmiyor.
Kaba ilgisiz kalitesiz mal satan bir firma aman uzak durun.
The battery of the purification device we bought from the company 15 months ago is broken. When I called the company, they said with a stern expression that the tap battery is not under warranty. (The phone call is not a separate enigma.) When I stated that they had a 2-year guarantee according to the Consumer Law, but that it was not very important, they shouted and hung up the phone. I did not find any insult accusation etc. The sentence I said was just this.
The relevant law is;
With the article 4.4.5, dated 5/11/2020, numbered 6502, it is stated in the law that the surge devices and plumbing batteries are guaranteed for 2 years. Either they have no news or they don't work.
Stay away from a company that sells rude, irrelevant, poor quality goods.
