I paid 150 euros in cash on the same day (the preliminary examination in Switzerland is partly free and in other clinics in Turkey between 50 and 80 euros). But I had to wait 6 weeks and ask myself x times (over 10 times) through different channels until I received the said documents. This leaves a very customer-unfriendly and therefore unprofessional impression of this eye clinic.

I went to Dr. Moonlight with the complaint of burning and stinging dryness in my eyes. A really interested, smiling doctor took care of me very well and the medications he gave were very good.
