"ürün tekrar satılabilir değil" diyerek iadeyi kabul etmediler. Araştırdım bir çok kişiye aynı şeyi yapmışlar, defolu ürünleri yollayıp geri almıyorlar. İnsanlar da 50-100 lira için uğraşmak istemiyor. Ama ben uğraştım 59 lira için THH'ne başvurdum, 3-4 ay sürdü ama kazandım. Şimdi masraflarla beraber 230 lira ödeyecekler. Umarım onu ödemezler bir de icraya verir, icra masrafını ödetirim onlara. Asla alışveriş YAPMAYIN. I bought Vicco shoes for my son from their Trendyol store. They sent defective shoes.
