Three stars for this price. Location is good, but the smell of the room should be improved. If you are backpacker, here is a good choice.

Clean hotel with private rooms and hot water in the shower+ towels and plastic slippers waiting at the toilets. Breakfast is decent and ready VERY early in the morning (at 6:30 you can dine). Located 2 minutes from the center of the city by foot. I recommend this place for low budget travelers

For the budget traveller/backpacker this seems to be the place to stay in Kayseri. Clean comfy bed. Good shower. Simple breakfast. 5th floor WIFI was really weak. Works fine everywhere else.

Good location. Rooms need a coat of paint. We paid the rate that included breakfast even though there wasnt any. Showed the manager the booking, but no joy. So it soured the experience.

If you're just looking for a place to stay for one or few nights than good enough. It is near the center. We only stayed one night so there is not much to say. We enjoyed breakfast - Traditional I guess. The man on the reception didn't speak English but we managed.

I was totally satisfied with my room. Because there were many bad comments I expected something much worse but for this price (I paid 120 TL per night, what was around 7,50€ at that time) the room was definitely good enough. There was also no smoking smell in my room as other people complained. Maybe I was just lucky with having a good room because I came there in spring during off season but if not and all the rooms are like that, in my opinion nobody can complain, at least for that price. Also the owner seems to be a really nice and friendly man even though we couldn't talk that much because I don't speak Turkish. The location close to the Kayseri castle is good as well and tram line no. 1 that brings you to Kayseri Bus Station (in case you want to visit Cappadocia) is really nearby. I had a good experience.
