★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burdan elektrikli süpürge aldım . Ve süpürge kısa sürede arızalandı. İçinden çıkan pusuladan anlaşmalı tamirciye ulaştım meğer bu 2009 yılına ait bir ürünmüş ( yıl 2020 olmuş ) fabrika ile görüştüm vs.derken bu işletme verin biz ücret karşılığı yaptırayım dedi kabul ettik. Üstünden 2 ay geçti artık aramalarımıza cevap vermiyor. 3 kere görüştük iki ay içerisinde üçünde de tamam biz sizi arayacağız dediler. Tavsiyemdir burada satılan ürünleri alırken açıp tarihini kontrol edin !
I bought a vacuum cleaner here. And the broom broke down in a short time. I reached the contracted repairman from the compass that came out of it, it turns out that this was a product for 2009 (the year was 2020), I met the factory, etc. It has been 2 months since it does not answer our calls anymore. We met 3 times in two months and they said we will call you in three of them. My advice is to open and check the date of the products sold here!

Bu rezil Avm den hem kahve makinası ve süpürge aldım. Kahve makinası 1 ay sonra bozuldu ses etmedim benden kaynaklı diye düşündüm. Süpürgeyi aldıktan sonra (indirimli) yine 1 hafta sonra süpürge elimde patladı geri götürüp garantiye verilmesini istedim ilk önce bana adres verip buraya gönderin dendi bende sorumluluk sizin diyip onlara bıraktım süpürgeyi neyse garantiye göndermişler (güya) süpürge geldi Avm de test ettiler çalışıyor mu diye evet çalışıyor. Eve gittim süpürge tutuyorum 15 dk sonra motoru yandı :) süpürgenin 150 TL borcu kalmıştı ve ekim 20 de uyarı mesajı geldi avukata gidecektir diye kasım 1-2-3 tarihleri arasında sanırım avukata verildim. Avukat benden 400 TL para istedi ! Avukatlık ücretiymiş? Kendi avukatımı aradım avukatım bana e devletten dava dosyamı sorgulamamı istedi hiç bir dosya borç kaydı yok bende 400 TL değil kendi borcum olan 150 TL yi ıbana attım . Avukatları geri arayıp biz sizinle böyle anlaşmamıştık dosyanızı e devlete işlemedim ayıp ettiniz tarzı konuştu. Tüm çalışanlar değil fakat bize süpürgeyi satan kadın kesinlikle sokak ağızıyla konuşan terbiyesiz biri! Avukatlarını hiç söylemiyorum Bile avukat kibarca bana siz 400 TL avukatlık ücreti vereceksiniz dedi ( işlenmemiş dosya ücreti ) bende sizin e devlete borcunuzu işlemeyeyim dedi olay bu kesinlikle berbat

I bought both a coffee machine and a vacuum cleaner from this infamous Mall. The coffee machine broke down after 1 month, I didn't make a sound, I thought it was because of me. After I bought the vacuum (with a discount) 1 week later, the vacuum cleaner exploded in my hand, I wanted it to be taken back and guaranteed, first I was told to give it an address and send it here. I said it's your responsibility and I left it to them. They sent it to warranty anyway (supposedly) the vacuum cleaner came, they tested it at the mall, it works, yes it works . I went home, I'm holding a vacuum cleaner. After 15 minutes, the motor burned out :) I had 150 TL debt left for the vacuum cleaner and on October 20, a warning message came, I think I was given to the lawyer between November 1-2-3, saying that he will go to the lawyer. The lawyer asked me for 400 TL! Is it attorney fees? I called my own lawyer and my lawyer asked me to question my case file from the state. He called the lawyers back and said that we didn't agree with you like that, I didn't process your file to the state, you're shameful. Not all the staff, but the woman who sold us the broom is definitely a badass who speaks to the street! I don't tell their lawyers at all. Even the lawyer politely said that you will pay me 400 TL attorney fee (unprocessed file fee) and he said I will not commit your debt to the state, this is absolutely awful.
