★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Önceki yıllardaki raf karmaşıklığı giderilmiş. Daha düzenli ve temiz görünüyor. Çalışanlar yardımcı oluyorlar. Hepsi maskeli. Tek sıkıntılı durum, gelen müşteriler. Maske var ama burun dışarıda. Sosyal mesafeye uyulmuyor. Kasaların önünde herkes dip dibe. Giriş çıkış bölümü geniş olmadığı için yığılmalar oluyor. Her türlü temasa maruz kalınabilir.
 Shelf complexity in previous years has been fixed. It looks more organized and clean. Staff are helping. They are all masked. The only problem is the incoming customers. There is a mask, but the nose is outside. Social distance is not observed. Everyone is bottom in front of the safes. Since the entrance and exit section is not wide, there are accumulations. It can be exposed to all kinds of contact.

The staff are unaware of what is where. Lots of variety. The hardware toy department was just regrouped and it was very confusing. They need to hire more knowledgeable staff about the department order. The person looking at the electronics part was ignorant
