Herkese merhaba, tahtavilla lux olmayan fiyat performans ikilisinin uyum sağladığı bir yer,personeli ilgili hepsine teşekkürler özellikle Harun beye ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyorum, dürüst ve kaliteli bir işletmeci umarım herşey gönlüne göre olur ilerisi için,odalar gayet mütevazı tabi ufak tefek eksikleri yok değil, kahvaltı gayet yeterli, ekstra akşam yemekleri var gayet lezzetli,Harun beye eşi Gamze hanıma ve emekleriyle ufak tefek eksikleri kapatan personele çok teşekkür ediyorum ve başarılar diliyorum

Çıralı bölgesinde bir çok benzer yapı var ve biz 4 kişilik aile olarak burayı seçtik ve iyi bir tercih oldu. Butik otelde genelde aile işletmesi olduğu için işleyenler önemli. Burayı işleyen Harun misafirlerini gayet sıcak karşılıyor ve konaklama süresince otelin WhatsApp hattından tüm sorularımızı cevapladı. Kahvaltı ise gayet yeterli.Sicak omlet,patates kızartması ve sigara böreği vardı,peynir ve özellikle reçeller iyiydi. Odalar ise adı üstünde tahta :) biz aile odasinda kaldık ve memnun olduk. Bahçesi şirin ve huzurlu. Bir tek rahatsız eden susmayan cır cır böcekleri, tabi aslında bu kadar doğal ortamda onlar da olmazsa sorun olurdu Fazla lüks beklemeden doğa ile iç içe iyi işletilen bir yer arıyorsanız kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Tahtaların arasından güneş girecek kadar bakımsız yürüdükçe tahtalar hatur hutur ediyor üst kattakiler at koşturuyor zannettim odalar zifir karanlık eylülün 20sinden sonra uyurken üşümek hiç hoş değil aklınız varsa Çıralıya kadar gidip te 3lira vereceğinize 5lira verin banglow evde yada otellerde kalın artı kahvaltısı birşeye benzemiyor

Bir yerde konaklamadan önce birçoğumuzun dikkat ettiği bazı hususlar var. Bunlardan en önemlisi uygun fiyat ve bu fiyata aklımızdaki karşılığı belli standartta almak var. Tahtavilla Pansiyon bunu tam anlamıyla karşılıyor. Ahşaptan yapılma, nar ve portakal ağaçları içerisinde 3-4 dört tane iki katlı köy evi mimarisinde evlerden oluşuyor ve sıcak havaların olmazsa olmazı klima her odada bulunuyor. Klimaların çalışması ve soğutması gayet yeterli. Bir diğer husus kahvaltı dahil ama neyle karşılaşacağını bilememe huzursuzluğu. Fakat burada da gönlünüz rahat olsun fiyat performans karşılığını alıyorsunuz. Kahvaltıda patatesli omlet, sıcak poğaça ve simit gibi çeşitlerin yanı sıra nar, vişne reçeli ve her standart kahvaltıda olan şeyler veriyorlar. Serpme kahvaltı olmasına rağmen gayet doyurucu. Bir önceki kaldığım otelde açık büfe kahvaltı vardı ama kahvaltı demeye şahit lazımdı. Burası tam kararında. Gelelim pansiyonun ortamına. Buradaki birçok yer kendi bünyelerinde bulunan restorantlarla birlikte bir ticarethaneye dönüşmüş. Birçoğunun müşteri yoğunluğu turistlerden oluşuyor. Fakat tahtavillada kaldığım süre boyunca sadece bir turist gördüm. Diğer kalanlar kanlı canlı uygun fiyatla tatil yapmaya gelmiş, lüksten kaçan bizden Türkiyeli samimi insanlar. Kahvaltı mekanında herkes birbiriyle sohbet halinde, arkada hafif Türkçe 90'lar şarkılar çalıyor. Çıralı'da plajda, cafelerde, sokaklarda o kadar Rus turist görüyorsunuz ki kendinizi yabancı hissetmeye başlıyorsunuz. Fakat tahtavillaya gelince "oh kendi ülkemdeyim" hissi uyanıyor. İşletmeciler ve çalışanlar yıllardır bu işi yapan ticari kafalar değil. Birkaç yıl önce işletmeye başlayan genç bir çift ve genç çalışanlardan oluşuyor. Çalışanların aynı zamanda çalışan değil arkadaş olduklarını rahatça görüyorsunuz. Diğer mekanlardaki korkulu gözlerle bakan, patrondan korkan çalışan gözlerine burada rastlamıyorsunuz. Son olarak temizlik konusuna gelirsek evler eski köy evi gibi demiştim ama temizlikle ilgili bir sıkıntı yok. Babaannenizin temizlediği bir köy evinde kalıyorsunuz hissi var. E köy evi bu mutlaka eksikleri olacak. Aksini arayan beş yıldızlı, betondan yapılma, soğuk duvarlı yerleri tercih edebilir. Ben İtalyan bir arkadaşımla kaldım ve gayet memnun kaldık. Doğal ve samimi yerleri sevdiğimizden olabilir. Burada aile ve çift olanlar da gördük. Tek başına kalanları da. Herkesin huzur içinde kalacağı bir yer. Unutmadan denize uzaklığı ortalama 500 metre. Ağaçların içinde bir yoldan yürüyerek gidiyorsunuz ve bu yol üzerinde bir bakkal bulunuyor. Pansiyona ortalama 200-300 metre uzaklıkta.

Fiyat performans olarak düşünün çıralı sahili mükemmel yürüme mesafesinde ama tahta evler mekan bakımsız bizim banyoya yukardan su akıyordu yemek olarak ev yemeği çıkıyor makul ücreti fakat 0 6 yaş çocukla gidiyorsanız yarım pansiyon olarak rezerve edin ki çıkışta 0 6 yaş çocuğa yemek ücreti ödemeyin yarım pansiyon olarak rezerve ederseniz yemek kahvaltı ücreti yok. Diğer türlü biz ekstra çocuğun yemediği yemek için para ödedik.

I scammed through the negative comments and couldn't figure out why some people would leave something like "not recommended." I am asking Mr. Okyay, for example: you said "not recommended," based on what? Not recommended based on what exactly? I am here sitting under trees at Tahta Villa at this very moment and writing this review from the heart of the place. The owners said that they searched Mr. Okyay's stay here and it does not seem like he actually stayed here. So, I believe it would be remarkable to put this down in my review. Those who left negative comments about the place being noisy, here is my advice: if you have checked out the place beforehand, you knew what type of place you would stay in. If you did not, guess what, it is wooden! Do not come to a place all wooden and expect it to be quiet. Wooden places = they squeak, period! The current owners took over the management of the place at the beginning of 2020 and their first guest came late in May. Since then, they have hosted numerous people here. It is impossible to make every single person happy when running a place like this one, where all type of people with different characters come and go. It is also unfair to expect the quality of a 4-star hotel from this place. And to my personal opinion, they already provide the professionalism, service and quality of a 3-star hotel. You are welcome to go to a 4-5 star hotel if you cannot manage to be satisfied with what they provide. With the breakout of the pandemic, I have been extremely skeptical about going on a vacation and have been searching a lot, and I finally have decided to come to this place. They are very careful about cleaning. They ventilate every room with fresh air after a check-out and then clean the room, all door handles, every surface with bleach and detergent. Not only that, they wash the bedding sheets, towels, covers and all that with high temperature and then also iron them. If you are a fan of black tea, like myself, you gotta stay over here. There is unlimited black tea for free all the time. For those who are not familiar--Turkish black tea is pretty similar to Irish black tea. It is strong and tasty. There is a nice and quiet little garden with wi-fi, so you can go to the beach during the day and work during evenings if you work remotely. This place is perfect for that. The breakfast is absolutely phenomenal with many, many varieties. The location may seem confusing at the beginning, but it is actually pretty easy to navigate. You can access here through the road by the shore or through the road straight from the center. The latter is the shorter. If you take the latter, you will be in Cirali's town center in about 15-20 minutes by walking. There is a pretty big convenient store close to the pension, about 5 minutes by walking, and that is also where the beach is. In the midst of the pandemic, this place being a bit away from the center actually worked out very well for me as only those who have a business with this place come and others stay away. The rooms provide the most basics. There is hot water, clean bedding, A/C, clean towels, hair drier, shampoo and shower gel, a wardrobe, hangers, etc. Family rooms may have a small fridge and a small wall-mounted TV. As a person who is only looking to take a decent shower after the beach and get decent amount of sleep in clean sheets at night, this place was definitely good enough for me. It is true that the place is old and could use some renovation, but there are other and newer places down the street for three-four times higher than this price. This place provides the most for the price, so please be considerate and reasonable when leaving a feedback here. I avoided dining out due to the pandemic and preferred the half board option. The homemade food was truly authentic, some were locally homemade came from their moms (like the noodles and tarhana soup) and very delicious. Finally, I'd like to thank Miss Gonca, Miss Gamze & Mr. Harun for their great hospitality. I definitely recommend this place.
