We had the haircut and balayage procedures done and we were absolutely not satisfied with either of them. They are a bit lacking in understanding exactly what the customer wants. In addition, after the balayage process, there were two different colors in the hair, in platinum and golden tones. Then I had to apply a second paint elsewhere to correct this tonal difference. Unfortunately I cannot recommend it.
