★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pidenin memleketi Nazilli'de Tadım Pide salonunda pidenin tadına vardık. İç malzeme oldukça dolgundu. Pidenin yanında kiremitte pişmiş soğan,domates ve salata ikramları. Hamur karma makinesi kullanmadıklarını belirttiler. Sebebi hamuru sertleştiriyormuş o yüzden hamuru el ile karıyorlarmış.
Hamuru açarken de hamur açma makinesi kullanmıyorlar, bunu da elde merdane ile açıyorlar.
Acı seviyorsanız kurutulmuş acı biberi fırınlayarak ikram ediyorlar.

We tasted pita at Tadım Pide Hall in Nazilli, the hometown of pita. The interior was quite filling. Onions, tomatoes and salads cooked on a tile beside the pita. They stated that they do not use a dough mixer. The reason was that it made the dough hard, so they mixed the dough by hand.
They do not use a dough rolling machine when rolling out the dough, and they roll it by hand with a rolling pin.
If you like hot, they serve dried hot pepper by baking.
The taste is excellent
service is fast,

Peki neden hemen yan masamızdaki müşteriye ikram edilen fırınlanmış soğan ve domates tabağı bizimkinin iki katından fazlaydı? İşte onu anlayamadım. Müşteri ayrımını beğenmedim.
The pita with minced meat tastes good... The staff is friendly... But... The following caught my attention: We were served onions and tomatoes baked on a clay plate. Let them be there. So why was the plate of baked onions and tomatoes served to the customer right next to us more than double ours? Here I did not understand it. I don't like the customer separation.
