Dr. Birgül Öztok hanıma durumu izah edip ehliyet için sağlık raporu istediğimi söyledim. İmza yetkisinin olmadığını imza yetkisini alabilmesinin uzun sürdüğünü öğleden sonraya kalacağını söyledi. Beklerim dedim fakat hiç ilgilenmedi, oralı bile olmadı. Yarın gelip kendi doktorumdan raporumu almamı söyledi. Fakat araştırdığımda böyle bir şey olmadığını izinli doktorun yerine bakan doktorun raporu vermesi gerektiğini ayrıca imza yetkisinin bir telefonla alındığını öğrendim.
