Normalde her hastanın 15 dakika muayene süresi vardır bunun bilincindeyim ve 08:55 te doktorun odasına geldim. Uğur Topsakal adlı doktor asla bir insanla konuşuyor gibi davranmayıp direk odadan bizi kovdu ve ailemin yanında bana hakarette bulundu aynı zamanda fiziki müdahelede bulundu. Çocuklarımın yaşadığı bu psikolojik dehşeti nasıl atlatacağını bilmiyorum bile. Bu doktorun bu millete sağlıklı bir hizmet veremeyeceği kanaatindeyim ve bunun İçin resmî mercilere gerekli başvuru ve davada bulundum. Sizlerinde bu duruma duyarsız kalmayacağına inanıyorum.
