(Fakültelerin ve yüksekokulun öğrencileri bu binadaki dersliklerde eğitim görmektedir. BESYO bölümü öğrencileri teorik dersleri dışındaki derslerini ise kampüs alanı içerisinde yer alan Spor Salonu'nda görmektedirler.)
 Batman University-Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences is a common area of use, divided into the following faculties;
- Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences
- High school of Physical Education and Sports
- Faculty of Theology
(The students of the faculties and the high schools are educated in the classrooms in this building. The students of the Department of Physical Education do not have theoretical courses in the Sports Hall located in the campus area.)
