Cuma namazı halka açık,diğer günler kapalı,ancak Instagram'da kaleitavaskazılari hesabından ziyaretiniz öncesi bilgi alabilirsiniz. İnanılmaz tatlı bir kadın görevli size yardımcı oluyor. A tiny but cheerful mosque in the ancient city of Tabea that makes my day beautiful. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kale ilçesinin eski yerleşimi olan antik Tabae sonrası Kale-i Tavas kentinin içerisinde 13.y.y. yapımı bir camiidir. Duvar ve ahşap işlemeleri çok güzeldir. 2006 yılında restore edilerek bugünkü halini almıştır.
After the ancient settlement of Tabae which is the old settlement of Kale district, it was built in the 13th century. is a mosque. The walls and woodwork are very beautiful. It was restored in 2006 and became its present form.

Antik Karia ve Frigya bölgeleri arasında bir sınır kenti niteliği taşıyan Tabea, Orta ve Genç Tunç, Arkaik, Hellenistik, Roma, Bizans, Beylikler, Osmanlı ve Cumhuriyet dönemlerinde sürekli iskan görmüş bir yerleşim yeriymiş.
1950 yılına kadar, yaşam devam etmiş, sonrasında insanlar burayı terketmiştir.
Antik dönemde kendi adına para bastırmışlardır ki ilk başta paralar gümüş olup sonrasında bronza çevrilmiştir.
Burada birçok yapı günümüze kadar ulaşabilmiş olup hala restorasyon çalışmaları devam etmektedir.
CEVHER PAŞA CAMİ
Osmanlı döneminde, 19. yüzyılda, Batılılaşma sürecinde yapılan, ahşap destekli, kalem işi süslemeli camilerden olan Cevher Paşa Cami, Kale-i Tavas’tan günümüze kadar ulaşabilen en sağlam yapıdır.
Cami, dikdörtgen planlı bir harim, kuzeyinde son cemaat yeri ve kuzeybatı köşesindeki minareden oluşmaktadır.

Tabea Ancient City, located in the Kale district of Denizli, at the 78th kilometer of the Denizli-Muğla highway, looks like a natural castle.
Tabea, which is a border city between the ancient Caria and Phrygian regions, was a settlement that was constantly inhabited during the Middle and Young Bronze, Archaic, Hellenistic, Roman, Byzantine, Principalities, Ottoman and Republic periods.
Life continued until 1950, after which people left.
In ancient times, they minted coins in their own name, which at first were silver, then turned into bronze.
Many structures have survived here, and restoration works are still ongoing.
CEVHER PASHA MOSQUE
Cevher Pasha Mosque, one of the wooden-supported, hand-decorated mosques built during the Ottoman period, in the 19th century, during the Westernization process, is the strongest structure that has survived from the Kale-i Tavas to the present day.
The mosque consists of a rectangular-planned sanctuary, the narthex in the north, and the minaret in the northwest corner.
