System Hospital - Hastanesi

We were unlucky enough to be caught in a storm on a black track in the Erciyes resort, and my girlfriend fell and broke her collarbone. An ambulance took her to System Hospital, where she underwent surgery (osteosynthesis). The hospital caused only positive impressions. All the staff were very attentive and friendly, for which we are very grateful. We would like to express special gratitude to Zhenya, who helped us resolve all issues with the insurance, accompanied us during the procedures and translated all the necessary information from Turkish into Russian. Thanks to her, we quickly identified the problem and scheduled the operation for the same day. The operation went well, we were also advised on recovery and medication. Thanks to the staff at System hospital, the whole experience was much more enjoyable than it could have been.

We flew in from Ukraine for 7 days to ski and on the first day of skiing my husband was hit by a woman on a snowboard. Lost consciousness from pain shock. There was no one around. Rescuers brought to consciousness and sent to the hospital System. Thanks to Dr. Zhenya, help began to be provided before I brought the original passport and insurance from the hotel. My husband (Vladimir Fedorenko) and I are doctors in Ukraine and we know all the intricacies of first aid. Three x-rays, MRI, anesthesia, tests - and the dislocation of the shoulder was set professionally by Dr. Yurdakul! Zhenya was there all the time, she translated and explained everything. After reduction of the dislocation - two droppers, fed and discharged on the same day! Today, four days later, we were examined by the same doctor. Under X-ray control, the doctor examined and gave recommendations, including the time of the flight for the check-in desk at the airport. Everything is clear, fast, competently!!!!
