I am alone a female. I had a thorough xray and saw the Dentists. I am booked in for root canal, mouth guard, fillings and cleanings. I had a tooth extracted and had pain before I found swiss dent. I am nervous and frightened about root canals but the kind owner and staff stated that they give 5 star care, love and outstanding service. I am looking forward to being out of pain and to sing Swiss Dents praises in expansion after my dental health work is improved. Grateful for Swiss dent is a spectacular location and right near to the hotel. Bless you thank you.

Me, being a practitioner in the United States, I can evaluate a clinic form a health care professional eye. Swiss Dent is a clean, organized and well managed dental office in Bodrum. I have done 8 of my teeth and 2 extraction with no problem and minimal pain. Doctor Ugur Kocak is very caring, friendly, pays attention to details and big on post -patient education. Dr. Sekip Cakmakci was able to save one of my lower teeth which a dentist in New York tried to extract with no success and made a referral to an oral surgeon. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone due to their price, professionalism, and speed of service.

This review is only for the owner of the business -- the other desk staff, intern dentist, assistants were GREAT. I set up an appointment a day prior to coming in and spoke with the owner. He came off as very genuine, humble, and seemed to be more about making customers happy rather than being greedy for money. When I came in for my teeth whitening, the young intern dentist compared my teeth to the scale of color shades, and was very honest with me which I deeply respected. Apparently my teeth was the highest on their scale and he did not think I needed service as I would get very little results. They also did not have a brighter shade to even show me. The owner came in and when he explained to him the issue, got slightly upset and responded in Turkish pushing him to do the procedure anyway. The owner repeated it will be whiter and will take days after to continue to see results and left the room. The dentist and assistant did a great job with the cleaning and their best with the whitening. My teeth were very slightly whiter but not what I was promised by the owner the first day. I wanted to speak to the owner after the procedure and he very conveniently was not there anymore. Was not happy, but paid the fee. To make matters worse, the owner arranged for my partner to get her nails done while I got my procedure. Said he could find the best place. Instead, he just used us as a cash grab and very obviously set up my partner with a driver he knew who charged her 10X what she would've paid for by taxi...to travel not a far distance. Again, the young dentist, assistants, and desk staff were very good!!!! The owner on the other hand just cares about money and does not have integrity. Avoid.
